Welcome to L&V Elite's first official newsletter. It reviews our path during the past nine months starting from September 2021 up until June 2022.This newsletter will illustrate and demonstrate all activities conducted with our partners. It will also show the current status of the implemented projects in Cairo and Oman

L&V ELITE
KICKOFF MEETING

L&V Elite’s kick-off meeting took place in Cairo during September 2021. Around 20 experts from the fields of interior design and fit out, including the Egyptian and Lebanese partners have participated. They all joined an interactive workshop to set and review the project plan and log frame, synergize and create momentum to enhance the capability of L&V Elite in Egypt. Such a meeting has led to enlarge the quantity and quality of design and built projects as well as expand customer relations.

L&V Elite is the luxury sub brand of our mother company, Lines & Visions. It is setting a different kind of design and build practice. When Lines and Visions decided to expand in Egypt, we were looking for a historical building that reflects our history and reflect L&V Elite identity, We choose our office to be in one of the most historical buildings in Maadi. Our main goal was to exhibit our vision throughout our Office. We faced a lot of challenges in-order to do so, including the design and build of our Office. The building was in a classical style while L&V Elite’s business owner, Eng. Abdelfattah, wanted our Office in a modern style. Proudly, we merged both styles while keeping an eye on the splendor of the classical parts of the building.

AZADEA

We proudly designed Azadea head office in Cairo, Egypt. Azadea’s head office was designed in a modern style with an area of 1500m2, which was a great space for us to work on. We chose gray, black and white to deliver the modern style desired, gold details to bring elegance to the place, and pop colours to create an attractive working space that anticipates the client’s needs and vision. Our team also managed to provide Azadea’s employees a creative space to give the healthy working environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.

AHMED & ABDOU

Ahmed & Abdou beauty salon located in Mivida with an area of 202 m2, which was a bit challenging for us as the salon daily visits quite bigger than the pre-mentioned, but we have managed to design the Salon in a luxurious modern style and use every part of the space in a smart way. Our MEP team goal to achieve high level of human comfort. HVAC system was designed to eliminate all heat and odours generated by salon equipment in rush hours. Also fire fighting and fire alarm systems has been designed according to the international codes and standards for maximum protection of the property and the human.  Our team chose to paint the walls with bright colours along with using gold details and use glossy finish floors to give the illusion of a wide and open space, keeping in mind the busy days the Salon might have. While furnishing the salon we were trying to reflect luxurious, and what do it better than black and white chairs and blush-pink tables to make the Salon classy for A&A client’s to have unique experience.

UNIVERSITY STAFF CLUB

Moving to our team in Muscat ( Lines and Visions) Oman. Our team successfully put university stuff club on our executed projects, the project was designed in modern style. Our interiors show a one of kind experience in using every space in an Elite way, giving the guest the luxury and comfortability all in one place. We were very keen to make the whole space full on entertainment activities such as bolling hall, spa, cafe, , gym, funzone and TV laung. Our interiors were very keen to choose colourful and energetic mood to reflect the main purpose of the building, on the other side to insure movement across activities, our team infused elevators to enhance comfortability across the club.

PRIVATE VILLA

Wooden, off white and gold are the main colors of this project, showing a sense of strength, reliability, affluence and harness masculine energy creating a luxurious appearance for the whole residential property.

We were focusing on giving more space to the bedrooms big large windows were implemented and also letting more sunlight during the morning, we also implemented smart lighting system to color the room colors all over the day.

Lets not forget family gathering and lunch time, we created a spacious modern dining room ended by a circular mirror, outlined by a golden frame, topped on a dark wooden color puffet decorated by golden lines making square shapes, giving more luxury to the dining room.

GOUNA CHALET

One of our very first projects that we were dedicated to is the private Chalet in El Gouna. This private Chalet was 260m2  giving our team the space to get creative with the finest details. We built the Chalet with a minimal style attempting to get the most usage of the space, while keeping the place visually relaxing and aesthetically appealing for the client to enjoy spending time in.

CSR EVENTS

On April 21st 2022, the world celebrates ‘world creativity and innovation day’. On this day L&V Elite invited Caritas Egypt to draw smiles on faces and cheer those with special needs here at our own office in Maadi. This was to support their creativity and innovation through various DIY workshops. These activities were instructed by our engineers from the architecture, MEP and interior design departments.  aims to ⁣promote that creativity and innovation have no limits and no requirements, Imagination and self appreciation are the only need factors for creativity .
